1. Scope

These terms apply to use of the Last At Bat game and this public site. The price, regions, refunds, and age rating shown at purchase are governed by the App Store listing and Apple terms in effect at that time.

2. License

If you lawfully acquire the game, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Intellectual-property rights in the game and its content remain with their respective owners.

3. Prohibited use

Except where applicable law permits, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or interfere with operation of the game. Use that harms others’ rights or the service environment is also prohibited.

4. Saves and updates

Progress is currently stored on your device and may not be recoverable after a device change, app deletion, or data deletion. Updates may change features, balance, or compatibility; material changes will be described in update notes where practical.

5. Responsibility and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
