Effective September 5, 2026 · This policy applies to the Last At Bat game and its public support website.
1. Information stored on your device
The game stores season progress, settings, observed pitches, endings, and local play records on your device. It creates no account and does not send names, email addresses, free text, or raw game records to an external service.
Accounts and cloud saves are not provided. Progress is stored on this device and cannot be recovered after deleting and reinstalling the app or changing devices. You can erase saved data yourself with the in-app data deletion control.
2. No external transmission of game data
The game contains no remote analytics, advertising SDK, account system, or cross-app tracking. It does not collect or transmit gameplay data or device identifiers for analytics or advertising.
Game data is processed only on this device. You are never required to consent to analytics to use a feature.
3. Public website
This website does not use sign-up forms, advertising, or cookie-based analytics. To deliver and secure the site, the hosting provider (Vercel) may process technical request logs such as IP address, browser information, and request time.
That technical information is processed within the hosting operation for delivery, security, and incident response. It is not combined with in-game play records.
4. Support requests
If you contact the support inbox directly, information you include in the email—such as name, contact details, device information, and issue description—is used only to respond and resolve the issue. This website does not submit support requests to its own database.
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information, payment details, or account passwords to support.
5. International processing and your choices
Gameplay data is not transmitted outside your device. Website hosting and email services may operate outside your country.
Where applicable law provides it, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal-data processing through the operating support inbox. You can delete game data stored on your device with the in-game data deletion control.
6. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. After the app launches, material changes will also be communicated through in-app notice or update notes when appropriate.
